documentaries, historical programs, Native interest shows and more. 360 North is an outgrowth of Gavel to Gavel Alaska, the long-running televised coverage of the Alaska Legislature patterned after C-Span. The new channel will offer expanded coverage of state government, as well as the best of Alaska TV programming when the Legislature isn't in session. 360 North is being made available to every cable TV system in Alaska. The new service is broadcast over the air on KAKM-DT in Anchorage and KTOO-DT in Juneau, and is also available to Dish Network and DirectTV satellite subscribers, and can been seen on the Internet.
